AURELIUS WAITLIST AGREEMENT & FORM

SECTION A - AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Aurelius Ltd ("Supplier") and the undersigned Participant ("Customer").

Purpose

To allow students, civil servants, teachers, households, market traders, and organizations to indicate interest in receiving foodstuff supplies on the Aurelius installment model.

Terms

1. Package Range:

  • Households: ₦10,000 – ₦40,000
  • Market Traders: ₦80,000 – ₦200,000
  • Corporate/Organizations: ₦85,000 – ₦250,000+

2. Payment Policy: No payment is required during sign-up. Payments only start after delivery of foodstuffs. Admin Charges: 10% (Households), 5% (Traders & Corporate).

3. Collection/Delivery: Free delivery for first batch. Delivery thereafter by Aurelius & partners.
